SHIPPING INFORMATION

Who will be shipping?

Each of our artists will send to you personally the artworks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally everywhere where the DHL arrives!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your package will take about 2-5 working days. Bare in mind, the packages are sent directly from our artists, so it might take about a week the latest.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship through DHL. It’s insured, so if anything happened to the artwork, we are all safe.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Bank Transfers, Paypal and Credit Cards such as VISA, Mastercard and American Express. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes it is. We have an SSL Certificate to make sure your payment is safe and no information is stolen. We also use Stripe and Paypal, which are very secure payment methods.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, please add the items you would like to purchase in your Cart. You can do it by clicking on “Add to my Cart” under every artwork. Once you have added all the artworks you wish to purchase on your Cart, click on the Cart icon on the right top bar. Once there, click on Checkout and add your payment information. Click on the Place Order button and you have made your first purchase on our shop! 🙂

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

How Can I Return a Product?

You have 2 weeks to return a product from the moment you receive it. Please contact us to shop@artconnect.com to return a product.
